Services baseline and status for the 1st FSTP call

This deliverable (a report) will describe the services offered and available in preparation for the Open Call 1. We will use an iterative approach to define and enhance the services, especially tangible services like the availability of test infrastructures and facilities. It will describe the online presence and requirements of the services and define a set of KPIs to measure the impact of the services based on the collective experience of the consortium at the time of writing of the report

Sets out the expected functions for the roll out of the network to associate partners and the later roll out for public access. Specifies the roll out plan, membership requirements and information access tools.
