D2.4 Phase D: Final synthesis report with overall findings on cost-effectiveness on scaling-up per country and aggregated results

The researchers will present the outcome of the analysis at the Stakeholder meeting II. Results will be discussed and potential impacts will be explicitly considered. Various levels of impact will be analysed: coverage of scaling-up, trends in risk factors, incidence of cardiovascular disease and diabetes and related complications, corresponding health care costs, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) and quality-adjusted life years (QALYs), and equity/distributional effects. We will also produce a comment/update on the existing WHO guide for cost-effectiveness analysis.

D5.4 policy briefs

Nine policy briefs based on findings from research in three countries, sharing information with relevant stakeholder, policy makers and general public.

D2.2 Phase B: Key recommendations for cost-effectiveness analysis

During the stakeholder meeting the researchers will present the outcome of the costeffectiveness analysis of the different interventions and the stakeholders meeting will decide how interventions will be scaledup at the national level and which changes if any will be incorporated The methodology to be used for the evaluation of costeffectiveness of the entire scalingup process will also be decided Monitoring and registry systems to capture the prospective data will be discussed selected and subsequently designed

D1.4 Phase D: Final report with overall findings on effectiveness on scaling up per country and aggregated results (cross-country lessons)

Final report with conclusions and recommendations for scaling up NCD interventions for prevention and control of hypertension and diabetes, which can be implemented across countries.

D3.4 Phase D: Final synthesis report with overall recommendations, improvement of international materials, Learning Management System

Draw Lessons for Policy Final guidelines, tools and instruments will be developed, and compared with existing international stat-of-the-art materials. Instruments will be shared. The Learning Management System will be made available internationally.

D5.3 Stakeholders national conferences in Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam

Conferences involving all relevant stakeholders per country (in Indonesia and Vietnam) to discuss the outcome of the retrospective studies on NCD activities, and inform stakeholders about the interventions in the prospective phase.

D5.7 International closing conference

International closing conference to share the research findings with the international community, and share recommendations for further action (maybe linking this to other international conference).This event may be replaced by online presentation and closing ceremony, based on situation concerning COVID-19 and international travelling.
