Growth hacking activities and NGI Ambassadors Programme Report (1st version)

This deliverable will report on the growth hacking activities run yearly, focusing on the lessons learned to better tailor future efforts. It will also report on the NGI Ambassadors programme. In the final version of this deliverable at M36 a plan for management of the platform beyond project’s duration will also be presented.

2nd NGI Comms coaching report

This deliverable will report on the coaching activities NGI4ALL will run including an overview of the training sessions participants contents modalities and support materials This deliverable includes also an update of the NGI marketing and communication strategy and plan

Final NGI CHARISMA Activities Report

This yearly report will provide an overview of the overall activities carried on by work package 3 gathering input from all active tasks in the work package By closely monitoring KPIs and achieved performance across all activities it will be possible to inject back into and adapt the strategy and plans

NGI Comms coaching report

This deliverable, will report on the coaching activities NGI4ALL will run, including an overview of the training sessions (participants, contents, modalities) and support materials.

Annual media and press coverage report (1st version)

This deliverable will report on the main media and press activities run each year, collect the material, assess effectiveness and reach of the efforts in view on injecting back into the NGI Communication and Marketing strategy. In the final version of this deliverable indications about follow up activities and their hand over will be included.

Media landscape

This deliverable will provide an overview of the relevant media interested in the NGI topics at pan –European level. This study will be important to understand how to better approach them, which selected media and how they cover news related to NGI themes.

NGI community demographics and evolution (1st version)

This deliverable will describe and analyse the size, structure, and distribution of the NGI population across Europe, and possibly beyond, also with input from the ICS-31 CSA. This document will also analyse information and input as provided by the Advisory Board. This research analysis and its findings will be crucial to better target communication and marketing activities, and retro feed in WP1.

The NGI Brand Toolkit and Guidelines

This document will provide the NGI logo (designed in various versions for different target usage), as well as infographics guidelines for its usage and templates for online media, leaflets, publications, etc.

NGI Online Presence Reloaded

A first version of the online presence reloaded: a restructured and rebranded NGI web portal, including the NGI social media channels and NGI Online map. Updates / improvements will run during the whole project.

The NGI community platform and growth hacking plan

This deliverable will consist of the first version of the NGI community platform and a report describing the its features and offered services, the main players identified and will describe the planned growth hacking activities to be pursued to ensure active engagement of users to the platform and more in general to the NGI dialogues.
