Innovative SaaS platform for assessment, training and support to companies Innovative SaaS platform for assessment, training and support to companies and employees embracing the digital transformation

Project description

A fast transition to a digital workplace

Digital growth has seen substantial growth worldwide and in numerous industries. This has put novel technologies and services in high demand. In this context, the EU-funded MyKeople project by KEOPLE aims to unlock digital culture for companies by introducing its cloud-based learning management system and platform. This system would efficiently analyse the workplace, offering deep insights into the employees, the workplace and the management. What’s more, it would use this data to evaluate company skills and efficiency, and provide customised suggestions for role assignments and promotions. It would also allow for a faster transition to a digital workplace and improve company organisation and efficiency.

Objective

Digital culture changes the world! It is a new era that is opening up. Our company KEOPLE proposes to unlock digital culture in companies to improve the innovation and performance of organisations. Our solution, MyKeople, is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) that directly addresses digital talent management in organisations, in the form of an integrated digital skill evaluation platform, a complex algorithm and a continuous monitoring platform that provides managers with real-time dashboards about the evolution of digitalisation of their company or team. MyKeople helps employees and managers alike be aware of the issues and digital challenges, to adopt the best posture and empower agility and business performance by the improvement of collaborative intelligence. Our platform is able to diagnose three important factors in a company to assess its digital maturity in less than a week: 1.The environment (focused on digital marketing, sales strategy and resources); 2.The management (focused on management skills and vision about digital transformation); and 3. The employees (assessment of digital skills per employee). As a result, a dashboard of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is provided, as well as a training plan and customised recommendations for each employee or role in the company. In addition, our platform is able to identify high potential individuals for promoting and accelerating digital transformation in the company. The successful commercialisation of MyKeople will allow our company KEOPLE to sustainably grow, achieving +€23.2M in revenues and +€11.7M in profit 8 years after commercial launch.
