Renforcer les capacités de gestion de l’innovation des PME du Triveneto
Les précédents projets KANT et MAKEOVER ont fourni des services de gestion des comptes clés (KAM) ainsi qu’un appui à la gestion de l’innovation aux PME de la région du Triveneto, en Italie. Dans ce contexte, le projet KAIROS, financé par l’UE, renforcer les capacités d’innovation des PME dans la macro-région de Triveneto en fournissant des services de renforcement des capacités de gestion de l’innovation (EIMC) et de KAM. Le projet accompagne un groupe de PME présentant un potentiel d’innovation élevé dans la conception, la création et le maintien d’un système de gestion de l’innovation. Il leur fournira un service spécifique d’EIMC. KAIRÓS soutiendra également les bénéficiaires des programmes de financement instrument PME, Future and Emerging Technologies – Open et Fast Track to Innovation, grâce à un service KAM qui les aidera à mieux exploiter les possibilités offertes par ces programmes de l’UE et à atteindre le marché.
Objectif
Following the previous projects KANT (H2020-Adhoc-2014-20, ID: 643327) and MAKEOVER (H2020-Adhoc-2014-20, ID: 674860), KAIRÓS aims at improving the innovation capacity of SMEs in Triveneto area. In particular KAIRÓS:
· will support an accurately selected group of SME’s of Triveneto macro region inclined to innovation, in order to design, create and maintain an Innovation Management System (IMS). Enterprises receiving KAIRÓS services will be selected taking into account their innovation potential.These companies will be provided with a specific service for enhancing the innovation management capacity (EIMC), in order to include a systematic innovation approach as an asset for growth and competitiveness;
· will support beneficiaries of SME Instrument, FET Open and Fast Track to Innovation with a Key Account Management service focused on helping the companies to better exploit the opportunities offered by these EU-Programmes and reduce time to market;
KAIRÓS activities and results will be exploited through Friend Europe-Enterprise Europe Network for animating local events and debates for rising the awareness of the local stakeholders about the European Standard for Innovation Management CEN/TS 16555-1. KAIRÓS will deliver up to 7/10-day service packages according to the invitation from EASME and will use different assessment methodologies, compliant to CEN/TS 16555-1, identified and experimented during previous KANT and MAKEOVER projects, adapting the choice to the peculiarities to the SME’s beneficiaries.
The objectives of the project are outlined in accordance with Horizon 2020 Work programme 2014-2020 regarding Innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The services provided will comply with the Europe2020 Strategy, the Horizon 2020 Programme, and European Union policies, but also with the local policies in order to integrate at best European initiatives in the local environment.
