Innovation services for enhancement innovation SMEs capacities in Madrid region in 2019

Renforcer la capacité d’innovation des PME à Madrid

L’innovation contribue à améliorer la compétitivité des PME et à accroître leur contribution à la croissance européenne. Le projet INNMADRIMASD 4, financé par l’UE, a pour but d’aider les PME de la région de Madrid à développer leur potentiel d’innovation. Pour ce faire, le projet offrira des services de gestion des comptes clés afin de garantir que les bénéficiaires de l’Instrument PME de la région de Madrid reçoivent le soutien nécessaire pour tirer parti de leurs projets innovants. En outre, des services visant à renforcer les capacités de gestion de l’innovation aideront les PME à fort potentiel de croissance à gérer leurs processus d’innovation. Ces services seront fournis dans le cadre du réseau Enterprise Europe.

Objectif

The core objective of the project is to contribute to boost the full innovation potential of SMEs identifying weakness in their innovation capacities and in their innovation management capacities; this identification, and the proposed plan, will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of investments in research, development and innovation; and empower the SME to overcome those weakness.

This services will be provide in the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network as support network. The network will provide the link to the regional innovation ecosystem.

To achieve the above-mentioned objectives the proposed project will:

a) Identify challenges to the creation of economic impact and innovation needs in SMEs beneficiaries of H2020 funding schemes SME Instrument (hereinafter referred to as SME-I), Fast Track to Innovation (hereinafter referred to as FTI) and Future and Emerging Technologies Open (hereinafter referred to as FET-Open).
This service is called 'Key account management' (KAM). It is planned about 65 such services during the year 2019.

b) Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with significant innovation activities that could potentially become beneficiaries of European funds for research and innovation but would not have effective access to consulting services for innovation management. This service is called 'Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs (EIMCS). The aim is to provide about 26 services of this kind.

c) Create an active link between the SMEs and the Enterprise Europe Network; offering the beneficiaries of the above described services SMEs the EEN services.
