Stärkung der Innovationskapazität kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen in Madrid
Innovation kann die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU) verbessern und ihren Beitrag zum Wachstum Europas erhöhen. Das EU-finanzierte Projekt INNMADRIMASD 4 hat sich nun zum Ziel gesetzt, KMU in der Region Madrid dabei zu helfen, ihr Innovationspotenzial auszuschöpfen. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Projekt Dienstleitungen im Bereich Key-Account-Management anbieten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Begünstigten des KMU-Instruments in der Region Madrid die notwendige Unterstützung erhalten, um ihre innovativen Projekte voranzutreiben. Darüber hinaus sollen Dienstleistungen zur Verbesserung der Kapazitäten für die Innovationsverwaltung KMU mit Wachstumspotenzial bei der Steuerung ihrer Innovationsprozesse unterstützen. Diese Dienstleistungen werden im Rahmen des Enterprise Europe Network bereitgestellt.
Ziel
The core objective of the project is to contribute to boost the full innovation potential of SMEs identifying weakness in their innovation capacities and in their innovation management capacities; this identification, and the proposed plan, will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of investments in research, development and innovation; and empower the SME to overcome those weakness.
This services will be provide in the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network as support network. The network will provide the link to the regional innovation ecosystem.
To achieve the above-mentioned objectives the proposed project will:
a) Identify challenges to the creation of economic impact and innovation needs in SMEs beneficiaries of H2020 funding schemes SME Instrument (hereinafter referred to as SME-I), Fast Track to Innovation (hereinafter referred to as FTI) and Future and Emerging Technologies Open (hereinafter referred to as FET-Open).
This service is called 'Key account management' (KAM). It is planned about 65 such services during the year 2019.
b) Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with significant innovation activities that could potentially become beneficiaries of European funds for research and innovation but would not have effective access to consulting services for innovation management. This service is called 'Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs (EIMCS). The aim is to provide about 26 services of this kind.
c) Create an active link between the SMEs and the Enterprise Europe Network; offering the beneficiaries of the above described services SMEs the EEN services.
