Soutenir la recherche, le développement et l’innovation en Lettonie
La Lettonie, membre de l’UE depuis 2004, possède une petite économie dynamique et ouverte. Le projet InnoSME-LV, financé par l’UE, entend renforcer la capacité d’innovation du pays et ainsi contribuer à sa croissance intelligente au sein de l’UE. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les efforts du projet porteront sur l’augmentation de l’efficience et de l’efficacité des investissements dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation ainsi que sur une meilleure interconnexion des acteurs tout au long de la chaîne d’innovation. Les services proposés seront fournis dans la région NUTS 1 de Lettonie par le Centre technologique letton, partenaire du consortium EEN Latvia.
Objectif
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to smart growth in the European Union by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of investments in research, development and innovation and by contributing to a better and more efficient connection of actors along the innovation chain. To achieve this objective the following measures are foreseen:
• To support SMEs, as the beneficiaries of the SME Instrument, FTI and FET-Open to identify bottlenecks to the creation of economic impact in companies benefiting from grants by Horizon2020's SME instrument and address these bottlenecks with the help of capable coaches;
• To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises with significant innovation activities that could potentially become beneficiaries of European support to research and innovation but would not have effective access to consulting services for innovation management.
In practice at least 9 (nine) specialised service packages will be delivered to SMEs to assist them in successful participation in the Horizon 2020 SME support instruments and increase their innovation management capacity beyond this programme.
The services addressed by the current proposal will be integrated in already existing Enterprise Europe Network services.
