Communication and Dissemination plan (Initial)

Benchmark of promising experiences of integrated renovation services emerging in Europe and customer-journey definition

A report analysing promising experiences of integrated renovation services emerging in Europe with the objective to benchmark the home renovation services operated by EP and OPER against them. The report will include the overall definition of the customer-journey for the integrated TURNKEY RETROFIT service

Project Guidelines

Outline of the management procedures and plans of the project that are not defined by the Description of the Action (DoA), the Consortium Agreement (CA) and the Grant Agreement (GA), including Project organisation and responsibilities, Project brand, Communication practices, Working processes, Quality assurance and control (Quality Management Plan – QMP).

Data management plan

Data management plan for the participation to the action ‘Open Research Data in Horizon 2020’. This plan will evolve during the project lifetime in order to present the status of the project's reflections on data management.

Project website (Initial)

An interactive easy-to-use and intuitive project website, which will play a key role in the project and reaching the target groups defined by the dissemination and communication plan. Towards the end of the project the structure of the website will evolve to tell the story of the project. The landing site of the website will highlight key numbers and findings, homeowner experiences and next steps, in a communicative way
