Conclusions of the identification of local needs and actors in place

This report will present the results and conclusions of the state of the play analysis performed in T33 in the two countries involved with special focus on end users and building owners

Guidelines for implementation in different European countries

This report will provide guidelines to implement the TURNKEY RETROFIT integrated renovation service in the different European countries with the steps to follow and the barriers to overcome in the involvement of all the stakeholders that include the integration of the renovation service

A report describing functional and nonfunctional requirement specifications in order to allow the implementation of the TURNKEY RETROFIT service in Spain and Ireland

A report providing a comparison of the evaluation results in France Spain and Ireland providing lessons and guidelines for future largescale uptake of the TURNKEY RETROFIT service beyond the project lifetime

Lessons learnt from the local implementation

This report will include the roadmap of the three implementation cases in the three countries Task 32 and Task 34 with the process followed in each of them and will summarize the lessons learnt in each of the countries input for WP4

A report analysing promising experiences of integrated renovation services emerging in Europe with the objective to benchmark the home renovation services operated by EP and OPER against them The report will include the overall definition of the customerjourney for the integrated TURNKEY RETROFIT service

This report will present the evaluation results arising from the analysis of the French service and the conduct of the local implementations in Spain and Ireland These will be gathered in accordance with the specifications of D41 and include both quantitative and qualitative results

Stakeholder Dissemination and exploitation Events

Three workshops FR SP IE organised with the aim to attract stakeholders interested in future replication and uptake These events will also strive to attract representatives from EU countries not represented in the TURNKEY RETROFIT consortium

Final project conference

A halfaday public dissemination event being held at the end of project in order to present the final TURNKEY RETROFIT efforts and results and to kickoff the implementation of the sustainable exploitation and replication plan D24
