Mental Health promotion of cobot Workers in Industry 4.0

Deliverables

Communication and Dissemination Plan

This will include the strategy for the communication and dissemination activities

List of SMEs

Report including list of selected SMEs

MindBot platform validation report

The report will provide more knowledge about effective interventions by employers to promote good mental health, and about the barriers to effective implementation of such interventions, in particular for SMEs adopting cobots

Psychological, psychosocial and organizational data integration report using SHEL model

This includes psychological measures, indicators of organizational performance, social network analysis and qualitative analysis of workers' experience with MindBot platform.

Technical guidelines for the design of cobots able to increase workers' state of well-being

Technical guidelines for the design of cobots that may contribute to foster workers wellbeing experiences and pave the way towards improved policies on mental health in the workplace

Organizational guidelines for the design of an adequate manufacturing workplace adopting advanced cobots

These organizational guidelines will contribute to improved mental health in the workplace

MindBot employment model for persons diagnosed with ASD

This deliverable is the employment model for persons diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders in manufacturing SMEs adopting advanced cobots

MindBot platform implemented in the workplace and/or in a laboratory environment

Prototype of the MindBot platform in the SME that could have an impact on productivity and economic results of workplaces.
