The report will provide more knowledge about effective interventions by employers to promote good mental health, and about the barriers to effective implementation of such interventions, in particular for SMEs adopting cobots

Psychological, psychosocial and organizational data integration report using SHEL model

This includes psychological measures, indicators of organizational performance, social network analysis and qualitative analysis of workers' experience with MindBot platform.

Technical guidelines for the design of cobots able to increase workers' state of well-being

Technical guidelines for the design of cobots that may contribute to foster workers wellbeing experiences and pave the way towards improved policies on mental health in the workplace

Organizational guidelines for the design of an adequate manufacturing workplace adopting advanced cobots

These organizational guidelines will contribute to improved mental health in the workplace

MindBot employment model for persons diagnosed with ASD

This deliverable is the employment model for persons diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders in manufacturing SMEs adopting advanced cobots

MindBot platform implemented in the workplace and/or in a laboratory environment

Prototype of the MindBot platform in the SME that could have an impact on productivity and economic results of workplaces.

Protocol and data publication on free on line repository

Final protocol and de-identified collected data are stored in a public repository.
