Implementation of early detection and early intervention service delivery in infants at risk for cerebral palsy to promote infants’ psychomotor development and maternal health

Deliverables

Project Management Plan

Overview of the tools and processes that UniPi will set up to manage the project including site specific project activities, administrative and financial activities, clinical activities, and ethics issues. Description of the methods being adopted in the project to manage the work packages, share and store working documents, communicate amongst consortium members

Update of DECO strategies

A list of DECO activities already carried out will be provided and an update of the DECO activities for the second period will be planned and updated.

IP reports 2

A second IP report containing the description of main activities and findings and IP strategies adopted in the second period 1936 months of project activities will be provided

ES knowledge progress report

A report will provide the list of all the ES toolkit activities for each site planned and provided to the professionals for the ES clinical implementation

EI knowledge training progress report

A report will provide the list of all the EI toolkit activities for each site planned and provided to the professionals for the EI clinical implementation

ED knowledge training reports

A report will provide the list of all the ED toolkit activities for each site planned and provided to the professionals for the ED clinical implementation

IP report 1

A first IP report containing the description of main activities and findings and IP strategies adopted in the first 18 months of project activities will be provided.

DECO strategies

A detailed plan of DECO strategies will be provided. All the consortium activities aimed to reach the maximum impact of key stakeholders, associations, governments and final users will be planned and listed.

Questionnaires and tests for ED knowledge uptake

Questionnaires and tests for ED knowledge uptake will be provided. They will explore the practitioners’ self-evaluation of current ED practices and readiness to change (ED pre-training test) and on how the learned ED knowledge has prompted behaviour change in clinical practice (ED post-training tests).

ED implementation tool-kit

Master and adapted versions of the ED implementation tool-kit will be provided as a CME product delivered online and face-to-face. The tool-kit will consist of a general overview of ED principles and specific training ED courses on GMA, HINE, Neuroimaging, Communication strategies of diagnosis to parents.

ES knowledge uptake

Questionnaires and tests for ES knowledge uptake will be provided. They will explore the practitioners’ self-evaluation of current ES practices and readiness to change (ES pre-training test) and on how the learned ES knowledge has prompted behaviour change in clinical practice (ES post-training tests).

EI knowledge uptake

Questionnaires and tests for EI knowledge uptake will be provided. They will explore the practitioners’ self-evaluation of current EI practices and readiness to change (EI pre-training test) and on how the learned EI knowledge has prompted behaviour change in clinical practice (EI post-training tests).

ES implementation tool-kit

Master and adapted versions of the ES implementation tool-kit will be provided as a CME product delivered online and face-to-face. The tool-kit will consist of a general overview of ES principles and specific training ES courses on : i) vision; ii) sleep; iii) motor and functional abilities; iv) neurologic, v) musculoskeletal; vi) hearing, speech and communication; vii) social-emotional viii) parent mental health, ix) nutrition.

Data Management Plan

This will be based on the FAIR principles and outline how data will be handled during and after the project, describe what data will be collected, processed or generated and following what methodology and standards, how this data will be shared and made open, where it will be deposited, and how data will be curated and preserved. In the cases where the datasets cannot be publicly shared (will 'opt-out'), the justification will be provided in their metadata descriptions (e.g. ethical, rules of personal data, intellectual property, commercial, privacy-related, security-related)

Register platform

A platform dedicated to collect in an homogeneous and standardized way data of infants at risk for cerebral palsy will be delivered in order to create a common Register at least in the countries involved in the present project
