Deliverables

Presentations by ESRs at 1st visuAAL seminar (opens in new window)

Once a year, all ESRs will participate in a doctoral seminar. These seminars will be organised as workshops in which ESRs will present parts of their research project (research proposal, review of the state of the art, theoretical and methodological approach, and preliminary findings). The content of each presentation will be analysed and discussed by the supervisor, co-supervisors, advisors from Partner Organisations, the ESR peer group, and experts specifically invited for those seminars

Leaflets presenting individual research projects (opens in new window)

Leaflets including summaries of the objectives of each individual research project in addition to the overall goals of the visuAAL ITN. This will serve for both advertising the projects in order to recruit ESRs as well as for presenting the ITN in dissemination and communication events

Dissemination and communication plan (opens in new window)

Dissemination and communication strategy and its implementation plan to be used by the consortium to ensure high visibility, accessibility and promotion of the project and its results

Programme booklet and presentations (opens in new window)

Booklet and presentations with general information about the visuAAL ITN and the different research projects. These documents will serve to present the project to a variety of audiences

Website and profiles in social networks (opens in new window)

Website showing relevant information and news about visuAAL, as well as for providing a place where all the released documents could be easily accessed for any interested stakeholders. While thewebsite will serve as a long-term repository of information, a blog and profiles in social networks will be created in order to engage with the general public on a continuous basis to favour interaction and mutual influence

Advertising of ESR positions (opens in new window)

The vacant positions for ESRs will be announced on the VISUAAL website, the websites of the Beneficiaries, specialised websites for the recruitment of researchers (e.g. EURAXESS Jobs), institutional channels and social networks

Corporate image (opens in new window)

Logotype and other corporate image of the project in order to be used in leaflets, website, presentations... This will create an easy identifiable image of the project among the research community and other stakeholders
