Observatory upgrade including (a) Trends in port automation affecting IWT, (b) Review of legal issues particularly for cross-border operation and support strategies and (c) Legislation and policy. A report will include observatory governance and structure, mission, and major sections description with all portal functionalities set. Observatory final version will have a report on updated content, and stakeholder’s assessment.
