While brewing a good coffee in a restaurant, coffee shop, or at home is now possible and convenient; brewing coffee outdoors is a proper challenge for 771.3 million people who globally practice outdoor activities. CARAFFEE is the only all-in-one 100% automatic portable coffee maker for outdoor use. CARAFFEE is designed for outdoor activities without compromising quality of coffee. Our patented mocha-espresso brew method maximize flavor and retains more natural oils from the coffee delivering a superior-quality coffee consistently. The objective of this project is to get ready for mass-production of Caraffee.
We analyzed and defined all the technical steps to develop Caraffee. Outline the technical work plan, including work packages, resources, risk analysis and corresponding mitigation activities. Our technical team has identified new opportunities to improve the Caraffee.
Our market study allows us to have a better understanding of the market, we have spot a new market opportunity and we will change our strategy to exploit it. We studied the competitive environment, IP and certification requirements. We also identified key stakeholders for a successful commercialization and define our supply chain. We run different sales scenarios to prove our project is feasible and that it produces significant revenue. We decided to apply for EIC Accelerator.

Making coffee is fairly simple but brewing good coffee is extremely complicated. Since 1615 when Europeans start drinking coffee, brew methods and tools have been developed greatly to automate the process and obtain good coffee consistently. Large companies have spent millions of euros to develop the right tools to extract a proper taste and aroma from coffee grains. Bringing all that expertise into a small portable device is a big challenge. CARAFFEE is the only 100% portable automatic coffee maker designed for outdoors.
