Deliverables

Stakeholders interests and needs by sector and pilot site

This deliverable documents the results of the stakeholder analysis for each pilot site to promote synergies between the main users within and across the different pilots and sectors (task 2.1).

Project identity and specific project website

This deliverable develops the project identity (project leaflet, website, mobile app, presentation templates, etc. (task 7.1).

Sector-specific decision workflow synthesis

This deliverable sets a summary of the operational workflow and lists the decisions it involves (task 3.4). Decisions include: timing for harvesting, respawning, site selection, species selection for farms, etc.

Guideline for communication flow

This deliverable provides guidelines on the communication flow including typical communication methods such as meetings, email, phone, etc. (task 1.2)

Sector-specific Marine information requirements including physico-chemical threshold for biological processes relevant to targeted sectors

This deliverable summarises the current sources of information used by operating FORCOAST user partners for decision-making. Additionally, it includes an overview of the physico-chemical conditions of each pilot site.

Inventory of existing models per pilot

This deliverable provides an inventory of existing models per pilot site. This inventory includes information such as numerical engine, domain limits, horizontal and vertical discretisation and resolution, land and ocean boundary conditions and model inputs and forcings (task 3.2).

Establishing the Governance Structure

This deliverable outlines the governance structure that will be implemented in line with the management structure, which defines the roles, responsibilities and activities of the different committees and other decision rules (task 1.1).

Initial Data Management Plan report

The initial Data Management Plan will be submitted at month 6 and ensures compliance with the Pilot on Open Research Data and FAIR Data Management in H2020. This Data Management Plan will be continuously updated over the course of the project (task 6.4).
