This initial deliverable involves integrating project outcomes from other WPs into a comprehensive exploitation strategy including identifying relevant markets most promising customers and core business cases modelling the prospective business development and together with relevant partners both from industry and the endusers side developing coherent business plans task 63

Evaluation report of the pre-operational platform by end users

This deliverable provides an evaluation report of the preoperational platform by endusers which have to extensively test the platform and evaluate it based on items such as userfriendliness intuitiveness response time etc task 52

This initial deliverable explores the potential for the project results and the FORCOAST services beyond the duration of the project task 62

Report describing common methodology for numerical model validation

This deliverable describes the common methodology to validate the FORCOAST coastal models This includes validation procedures definition of standards for validation procedures and set out routine validation activities in local configurations task 53

Data Management Plan report

The final Data Management Plan is the latest update of the Initial Data Management Plan and verifies that FAIR Data Management principles were followed The final Data Management Plan will be submitted at the end of the project task 64

Stakeholders interests and needs by sector and pilot site

This deliverable documents the results of the stakeholder analysis for each pilot site to promote synergies between the main users within and across the different pilots and sectors (task 2.1).

Report on system performance including KPIs and ‘fit for purpose' analysis

This deliverable reports on the system performance including KPIs and a fit for purpose analysis Examples of these KPIs include targeted percentages of data availability timeliness of data delivery acceptable downtimes resulting from scheduled and unscheduled maintenance time taken to resolve possible issues etc task 54

This deliverable provides an analysis and overview of different communication tools and channels that are used to meet the information needs of the target audiences task 73

This deliverable lists the technical specification of the developed FORCOAST products and services The technical specifications include operational and information requirements task 35

Initial market analysis

This initial deliverable addresses an analysis of barriers to the market for the three target sectors ie bivalve mariculture oysterground restoration and wild fisheries the sustainability of the service and the impact of no longer having access to free data provided by the EU task 61 In D61 the market barrier will be addressed such as the scale of the market the positioning in the market the product differentiation and the strength of potential competitors the capital requirement for keeping in the market after EU funding the government policy for example licensing requirements competition agreements

Report on applications of the platform including Roadmap for achieving TRL 9

This deliverable provides a report on the practical application of the platform in 8 pilots task 55 The report will also summarize the outcomes of the stakeholder workshops

Communication and marketing plan for the FORCOAST project

This deliverable provides a report on the communication and marketing plan which also includes outcomes from task 72 identification of target audience task 73

Project identity and specific project website

This deliverable develops the project identity (project leaflet, website, mobile app, presentation templates, etc. (task 7.1).

Final version of FORCOAST numerical models for each pilot area

This deliverable describes the operational setup of the final numerical models used for each pilot site task 33

Sector-specific decision workflow synthesis

This deliverable sets a summary of the operational workflow and lists the decisions it involves (task 3.4). Decisions include: timing for harvesting, respawning, site selection, species selection for farms, etc.

Guideline for communication flow

This deliverable provides guidelines on the communication flow including typical communication methods such as meetings, email, phone, etc. (task 1.2)

Platform User Manual

This deliverable produces a user manual for the operational system and product generation as well as for the use of the platform task 54

Report outlining the use cases, challenges and requirements produced

This deliverable outlines the use cases challenges and requirements produced It will provide a description of each use case in terms of background information challenges and requirements and how these are addressed by the platform developed in WP34 task 51

End user survey results

This deliverable summarises the results of the enduser survey where endusers evaluate the final service the fitforpurpose and the benefits to the different pilots and FORCOAST target sectors task 23

Sector-specific Marine information requirements including physico-chemical threshold for biological processes relevant to targeted sectors

This deliverable summarises the current sources of information used by operating FORCOAST user partners for decision-making. Additionally, it includes an overview of the physico-chemical conditions of each pilot site.

Inventory of existing models per pilot

This deliverable provides an inventory of existing models per pilot site. This inventory includes information such as numerical engine, domain limits, horizontal and vertical discretisation and resolution, land and ocean boundary conditions and model inputs and forcings (task 3.2).

Final coordinated pilot model evaluation report

This deliverable provides an overview of the completed validation exercise in all pilot sites models These models are evaluated and validated by partners task 53

End users contribution to Design of Services and their implementation

This deliverable lists the outcome of the joint analysis of FORCOAST products and services that can be adapted to the needs of the different pilots and FORCOAST main target sectors and endusers This helps to identify points and ways forward in the process and possible adjustments task 22

Establishing the Governance Structure

This deliverable outlines the governance structure that will be implemented in line with the management structure, which defines the roles, responsibilities and activities of the different committees and other decision rules (task 1.1).

Initial Data Management Plan report

The initial Data Management Plan will be submitted at month 6 and ensures compliance with the Pilot on Open Research Data and FAIR Data Management in H2020. This Data Management Plan will be continuously updated over the course of the project (task 6.4).
