Global CCU infrastructure market assessment

A high level mapping of the current CCU industry and technologies should be performed The need for experimental infrastructure of CCU technologies with future commercial and sustainability impact potential should be assessed

Industrial services Model - Input to WP2

The implementation and service model for accommodating industrial facility users will be reviewed and improved based on industry input from the workshops Access should be arranged as simple as possible but with a clear view and agreed implementation of the interest of all stakeholders involved

Synergy potential of CO2 utilisation and alignment strategy for CCUS

Based on sustainable development criteria a realistic view on CCUS and CCS will be developed by an assessment of their synergy potential throughout Europe and beyond The value compatibility and potential implications of extending ECCSELs scope to include CCUS will be assessed The deliverable will identify potential synergies distinctions and the RI overlap between CCUS and ECCSEL ERIC

Report on ECCSEL ERIC information packs for funders and coordination bodies and their impact

This deliverable will document the ECCSEL ERIC Information Packs tailored to addressing the specific perspectives and requirements of external funding bodiescoordination groupsRIs The Information Packs will be used to aid discussions and gain agreement to collaborate with ECCSEL ERIC in a meaningful and effective way

Updated ECCSEL ERIC Research Priorities

Building on the current ECCSEL Research Strategy which sets out the research and infrastructure priorities for CO2 storage and CO2 transport the document will be updated to reflect changes in European drivers and initiates and then work with the ECCSEL RICC to refresh the gap analysis and critically focus on developing industry research and infrastructure requirements for CO2 capture As well as refreshing the Strategy itself it provides a framework to steer the conceptual design study in WP24
