Final report on capacity building, training and education activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report will provide information on the activities performed in Task 3 of this work-package. It will present the developed set of innovative capacity building activities to implement access services and, more generally, to attract industrial and research community users. It will also describe the developed new training programme tailored to the needs of existing and potential new users (see WP1, WP2, WP4 and WP5), to support the access pilots (Task 3.2) and how the programme strongly supports the new services developed. It will describe and summarise the specific workshops on CCUS that have been organised in conjunction with existing popular summer schools and how those raised awareness of ECCSEL ERIC. It will also summarise the tailored training courses, workshops and seminars that have been organised to attract new users, Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and industrial and SME user groups to ECCSEL ERIC (delivered face-to-face and using online methods e.g. live training sessions (webinars), on-line dissemination material, to widely promote ECCSEL ERIC, to better train its users, and widen its reach). It will also detail how ECCSEL ERIC is invest in education, linking its capacity-building programme to educational programmes, and including doctoral candidates, technical staff and students in the research activities performed within ECCSEL facilities.
"Report #1 summarising communication / dissemination activities" (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable will provide a summary over the various communication / dissemination activities which were undertaken during the first and second year of the ECCSELERATE project. Activities from all work-packages will be included here. Information on target audience, medium used, topic and initiating work-package will be included.
Development of ECCSEL ERIC USPs and key messages and offers. With assistance from professional design company, create ECCSEL ERIC presentation targeting new customers and markets. (si apre in una nuova finestra)Report containing the vision of the long term operation of ECCSEL including CCU. Promotion of the unique selling points of ECCSEL (Easy access, already developed Service Level Agreement, legal arrangement already settles ect.) With assistance from professional design company, create ECCSEL ERIC presentation targeting new customers and markets including CCU.
"Report #2 summarising communication/dissemination activities" (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable will provide a summary over the various communication / dissemination activities which were undertaken during the third year of the ECCSELERATE project. Activities from all work-packages will be included here. Information on target audience, medium used, topic and initiating work-package will be included.
Implementation of the industrial services model (from WP1) (si apre in una nuova finestra)The services model developed in WP1 will be implemented by the facility owners and be an integral part of the services provided to the users. This report will monitor the implementation of the model and identify any bottlenecks or showstoppers for the implementation work.
Public Executive Summary (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report is a summary for publication that should present an overview of the results, their exploitation and dissemination, the action’s conclusions and its socio-economic impact. The final summary must cover the whole action. The final summary must be written in an ‘easy to read’ way and be understandable for a non-specialist audience. The coordinator must ensure that none of the material submitted for publication includes confidential or ‘EU classified’ information. The summary should include: − an up-to-date link to the action’s website − project logos, diagrams, photographs and videos illustrating the work of the action (if available) − the final version of the ‘plan for the exploitation and dissemination of the results’ (if such a plan is foreseen in Annex 1). It may also include a list of all beneficiaries, with contact names (if this information should be published).
Report on improved access framework (si apre in una nuova finestra)The ECCSEL ERIC access framework will be implemented and adapted to improve the services offered and its uptake by users (especially industry). In this report, starting from the needs of different user groups (e.g. academia, business, industry and public services), and taking into account the inputs provided by WP1 and WP2 on expected services and innovation, a new access framework will be developed. Particularly, this deliverable defines bespoke solutions and good practice in services among RIs that will be shared to promote international cooperation, to implement sharing of results, to improve the level of research and strengthen the attractiveness of ECCSEL ERIC within the ERA. Finally, the effects of the adopted solutions will be reviewed and progressively refined on the basis of the access pilots outcomes.

Development of a data management plan in line with principles of FAIR. Determine what requirements ECCSEL ERIC has beyond what already exists within the facilities, establish a high level/overarching DMP that is compliant with European rules and regulations and can be complied with, and that fills gaps where no DMP already exists. Provide a guideline how to embrace EOSC within ECCSEL and its RI.The data-management plan will set the guidelines for how data can be generated in a standardized manner, and how data and associated metadata can be made accessible. This data-management plan will be updated during the project if necessary, and will be published on the ECCSEL ERIC website.
