This report is based on the results from the experimental platforms the deliverable will describe the exploitation results going forward

Experiment Catalogue 2

Experiment Catalogue 2 Every six months a printable catalogue of the experiments will be made publicly available. Every experiment will have an entry in this catalogue, not only while the experiment is running but beyond in order to track the impact and exploitation path of the project results. The catalogue will contain details of the project vision, participant contact details, project results (expected and actual), exploitation and impact results.

Plan for communication & stakeholder’s engagement and promotion of the open call

This report outlines stakeholder group & targeted engagement activities including promotion of the open call. In this deliverable, the Terms of Reference of the NGI-EXP Board and an initial list of core members will be defined. At the project Kick off meeting in Month 1, which will be coupled with a Inter-NGI projects workshop and European Commission Management Team meeting, the terms of reference and meeting schedules for NGI-EXP Board will be defined.

Second meeting of the NGIatlanticeu External Advisory Group will be held in conjunction with an Open Calls workshop by M24 combined with an other NGI project workshops If needed the project will organise audio calls A report of all of the EAG meetings outcomes will be produced

NGI EU-US experimental platform ecosystem status report period 1

This report will contain a status of the NGI EU-US experimental platform ecosystem, including a consolidated report of the tangible outcomes of all the workshops of the NGI-EXP Board during the period. The report will also highlight the models for sustainability of the NGI-EXP Board. This report will be first produced at month 14 and an updated final version at month 24.

NGIatlantic.eu Priority Landscape Report 2030

NGIatlanticeu Priority Landscape Report 2030 will report on the gathered topics of interest gathered from the collaboration with the other NGI CSA and RIA projects to be potentially covered by the NGI communities between present and 2030

Interim Experiment Results and Global impact of the EU-US NGI experiments period 1

A report with details of the outputs of the experiments over the first 12 months of the project. The report will comprise largely of the results coming from the Final Reports of the experiments as they emerge. These results will feed into an Impact Report, which will be made available publicly and especially to NGI-Forward to inform and strengthen the strategy and policy directions being established through that project. This report will be first produced at month 12 and an updated final version at month 24.

NGI EU-US experimental platform ecosystem status report period 2

This report will contain a status of the NGI EUUS experimental platform ecosystem including a consolidated report of the tangible outcomes of all the activities during the period This report will be first produced at month 18 and an updated final version at month 38

This report outlines stakeholder group targeted engagement activities including promotion of the open calls including the building of the EU US ecosystem with the US NSF

EU-US Twinning Lab

The Lab will be manifested through a software platform extending the community creation efforts of the NGI4All and NGI-Forward projects. The purpose is to provide automated matching of EU actors with US actors (and vice versa) to align complementarities and research activities in establishing multi-partner groupings around defined NGI challenges.

EAG face to face meeting number 1

First face to face meeting of the NGIatlantic.eu External Advisory Group will be held in conjunction with an Open Calls workshop in M08, combined with an Inter-NGI projects workshop and EC management team meeting. In addition to the face to face meetings, the project will organise audio calls, as needed on a bi-monthly basis. A report of all of the EAG meeting’s outcomes will be produced.

Experiment Catalogue Database

An online searchable tool to track the progress of the running experiments. The catalogue will be public and searchable with a number of filter factors including, TRL result, technology area, geographic location, relevant vertical sectors.
