Document with a modular library of hydraulic and bioprocesses models of innovative bioreactors developed through a mechanistic approach that will include a description of mass transfer (gas-liquid-biofilm), and the biological mechanisms as well as stoichiometric and kinetic parameters of the bacterial populations involved in the innovative processes. This deliverable will includ a DVD with the fully operational Decision Support Tool
