Deliverables

Report of Advisory Board M5 (opens in new window)
Report on AI algorithms for patient stratification (opens in new window)
Training material (opens in new window)
Report Advisory Board M25 (opens in new window)

The Advisory Boards of PERMIT will be consulted on the nearfinal version of the recomendations before the implementation workshop The report will summarize their observations and the guidance the board members will provide

Guideline on cohort design in patient stratification studies (opens in new window)
Gap analysis (opens in new window)
Review of stratification and validation methods, including machine learning (opens in new window)
Dissemination and implementation strategy plan (opens in new window)
Review of methods for randomised trials in personalised medicine (opens in new window)
Guidelines on validation of AI stratification (opens in new window)
Report on innovative trials designs for personalised medicine (opens in new window)
Guidelines on sample size in stratification / validation cohorts (opens in new window)
Report on translational research to select treatment options (opens in new window)
Report on Industry survey (opens in new window)
Report on future research questions (opens in new window)

The gap analysis performed and the consultations with the field experts for the development of the recommendations will lead to the identification of potential future research questions These are areas where there is insufficient information currently to inform recomendations and would require more in depth research and analysis The report will present these questions indicating where possible the means that would be necessary to implement future research

Report on trials assessing the personalised vs. non personalised medicine approach (opens in new window)
Inventory of ethical and data protection issues in personalised medicine research (opens in new window)

With the support of the Ethical Advisory Board patient representatives and external experts this report will inventory ethical and data protecion issues that will be identified during the discussions and while drafting the different sets of recommendations

Review of methods in stratification / validation cohorts (opens in new window)
Report of Advisory Board M15 (opens in new window)
Review of methods used to assign treatment options to patient clusters (opens in new window)
Data management plan (opens in new window)

Compliance with ethical and personal data protection requirements. A data management plan will be produced, and will cover all aspects of data collection and management within the PERMIT project. It will respect FAIR data management principles and will encompass the specific data protection policy that will be developed for the PERMIT project.
