The consortium was committed to delivered at least 179 packs of services as a whole, which were very likely to cover all the EIC Pilot project and its successors approved in Portugal. Within that framework, the remaining cases should be used to deliver services under WP2.
Following the “Journey of a European SME” and “Hub and Spoke” models, the consortium reinforced the work with the regional and national ecosystem, in order to empower companies to upscale and expand their business.
The services provided by EEN-PORTUGAL were of the greatest importance for companies in the pandemic framework of the last two years. The consortium delivered 194 services, 15 KAM and 179 EIMC.
Following the “Journey of a European SME” and “Hub and Spoke” models, the consortium reinforced the work with the regional and national ecosystem, in order to empower companies to upscale and expand their business.

The work done considered and was focused on, the concepts presented in the Consultation: “Client-centric approach” and “hub and spoke model”.
The consortium carried out 97% of the 2020_2021 objectives by supporting 174 companies, among mandatory services provided to the beneficiaries of EIC, 5 KAM Service, and to the beneficiaries of EIMC services – Enhancing Innovation Management Capacity of SME, 169 services, which specific objective was to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in those companies, promoting the access to the European research and innovation programmes. Despite the services delivered in the biennium, 14 more companies were monitored since 2019.
