Establishment of Services enhancing the innovation management capacity of SME's through the Enterprise Europe Network Ireland

Project description

An innovation boost for Irish SMEs

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe need specialised services to guide them in building their innovation management capacity. SMEs in Ireland that are beneficiaries of H2020 funding will have access to the services of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) for the period 2020-2021 through specific programmes that diagnose gaps in innovation capacity and provide appropriate tools to help SMEs overcome them. The EU-funded IRL-SME-Innovation project will provide SMEs with the tools to identify weaknesses in their innovation management capacity and support them with key account management (KAM) services. A key account manager will supervise specialised training services aiming to address innovation management needs.

Objective

Our proposal is aimed at providing specialised services for building innovation management capacities in SMEs as well as
supporting SME beneficiaries from H2020 funding through the KAM - Key Account manager - role in overseeing specialist
coaching services after assessment on innovation weaknesses
