Promouvoir l’innovation des PME des Hauts-de-France
Les PME sont des moteurs de la croissance. Cependant, l’amélioration de la capacité d’innovation des PME demeure un défi. Le projet EURACTE-INNOV III, financé par l’UE, vise à établir, à promouvoir et à mettre en œuvre deux services de soutien qui amélioreront la capacité de gestion de l’innovation et les projets de PME implantées dans la région des Hauts-de-France. Le premier service décèlera les faiblesses des projets d’innovation, aidera les PME à identifier des coachs qui les aideront à trouver des solutions aux défis auxquels elles sont confrontées et assurera le suivi de la relation PME-coach. Le second service accompagnera les PME de la région, qui ont le potentiel de se développer à l’international, dans la consolidation de leur stratégie et de leur gestion de l’innovation. Le projet sera source de croissance et de compétitivité chez les acteurs économiques de la région des Hauts-de-France.
Objectif
The project EURACTE-INNOV III proposed by the consortium Enterprise Europe Network EURACTE aims at the establishment, promotion and implementation of two support services dedicated to enhancing the innovation management capacity and projects of SMEs based in the Hauts-de-France region, thus generating growth and competitiveness among local stakeholders. The first service will target successful SME applicants under the EIC Pilot. The aim of this service will be to detect weaknesses in the projects, help the SMEs identify a coach who is competent in the particular field in order to efficiently accompany the SME in finding solutions to the identified challenges, and follow up of the SME-coach relationship in order to stergthen the SMEs capacities to carry out the planned innovation project and maximize the probability of the project to access the targeted market successfully. The second support service, “Enhancing SME innovation management capacity”, will aim at helping regional SMEs with potential for international growth, to consolidate their innovation strategy and management, in order to generate more structured innovation projects and increase their competitiveness on the European and international markets. The action will be driven by Hauts-de-France Innovation Développement (HDFID), partner of the EEN Euracte consortium, in compliance with the principles of the EEN client journey, ensuring that clients access its full range of services relevant to their needs throughout the different stages of their projects.
