Impulso del apoyo a innovación de las pymes en Letonia
Letonia, miembro de la Unión Europea desde 2004, es una economía pequeña, dinámica y abierta. Ha pasado de una planificación central a una economía de mercado. El proyecto InnoSME-LV-2020-2021, financiado con fondos europeos, tiene por objeto aumentar la capacidad innovadora del país. Se centrará en el crecimiento inteligente y en el apoyo a las pymes. El proyecto identificará cuellos de botella en la creación de impacto económico de las empresas que recibieron subvenciones del programa piloto mejorado para un Consejo Europeo de Innovación (EIC) en el marco de Horizonte 2020. Asimismo, mejorará la eficacia y la efectividad de los procesos de innovación en las pymes. Los servicios se integrarán en servicios existentes de la Red Europea para las Empresas (EEN).
Objetivo
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to smart growth in the European Union by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of investments in research, development and innovation and by contributing to a better and more efficient connection of actors along the innovation chain. To achieve this objective the following measures are foreseen:
• To support SMEs, as the beneficiaries of the SME support instrument to identify bottlenecks to the creation of economic impact in companies benefiting from grants by Horizon 2020 Enhanced European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot and address these bottlenecks with the help of capable coaches;
• To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises with significant innovation activities that could potentially become beneficiaries of European support to research and innovation but would not have effective access to consulting services for innovation management.
In practice at least fourteen (14) specialised on average 7-day service packages will be delivered to SMEs to assist them in successful benefiting from Horizon 2020 Enhanced European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot and increase their innovation management capacity beyond this programme.
The services addressed by the current proposal will be integrated in already existing Enterprise Europe Network services.
