Project description
Promoting better innovation management in Italian SMEs
Innovation is seen as a key driver for economic development and growth in Italy. The EU-funded KAMINLER project aims to deliver services that will enhance the innovation management capacity of SMEs in the Italian regions of Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna. To this end, it will provide in-depth support in the areas where these services are lacking or are too expensive for the local markets. The services will involve coaching assignments, addressing particular innovation weaknesses and helping promising SMEs to improve their innovation management capacity.
Objective
The objective of KAMINLER is the delivery of a specific Enterprise Europe Network service designed to enhance the innovation management capacity of SMEs in Lombardy and in Emilia-Romagna, by providing in-depth support in the areas where these services are absent or unaffordable on local markets.
EEN partners in the two regions will deliver Key Account Management services to the SME beneficiaries of the EIC Pilot under Horizon 2020, dealing with coaching assignments and addressing specific innovation weaknesses and will support particularly promising SMEs to improve their capacity to manage innovation processes.
