Una innovadora barredora vial de menor consumo
Cada año, los europeos tiran más de media tonelada de residuos y el 15 % de ellos acaba en las calles. Las administraciones locales recogen la suciedad urbana a través de máquinas barredoras viales. Sin embargo, dichas máquinas deben cumplir con la normativa de la Unión Europea sobre motores diésel y ser cómodas y seguras para los usuarios, además de efectivas en sus complicadas tareas de limpieza. El proyecto TIMAN262O, financiado con fondos europeos, propone una innovadora barredora y aspiradora vial que es más eficiente que las actuales barredoras a la hora de llegar a todas las esquinas y a calles estrechas. Es totalmente compatible con la normativa de la Unión Europea sobre el diésel y es cómoda para los conductores. Esta innovadora máquina está dirigida tanto al sector público como al privado, ya que es ideal para zonas urbanas, centros comerciales, parques de atracciones y aparcamientos.
Objetivo
Around 55% of the world’s population live in urban areas and every year, each of the 500 million citizens living in the EU throw away more than half a ton of waste; with over 15% landing on the streets. Street debris is normally managed by public administrations, who use cleaning on-road machinery. Timan 262O is a new vacuum street sweeper with three main innovations: 1) A patented strong whirlwind suction system that goes beyond the state-of-art, reducing 20% the energy needed to lift particles from the ground; 2) A ground-breaking dry filtering system using by 20 small cyclones, needing zero water consumption for PM2.5 and PM10 filtering; 3) two-wheel and center suspension system that achieves 30% vibration reduction, turning into a more comfortable working environment with only 72 dB in the cabin. With a 26-horse power engine but performing like a 35hp vehicle, it meets European diesel engine regulations while provides end users with a smaller machine able to reach all corners and narrow streets with 31% higher transport speed, increasing operational efficiency. Furthermore, this project will be the first step for our ultimate goal: the unbeatable electric version of Timan262O. Our product is perfect for Municipalities and Councils that need to provide landscaping services in an efficient, cost conscious way; it is also ideal for private businesses like shopping malls, garden and park contractors, amusement parks, churches and cemeteries. With more than 15 years of experience in the sector, we have built a reliable partner network, with leading companies like Elite service, Lyngfeldt and A. Flensborg and 95 dealers distributing our vehicle in 15 countries in EU, Japan, South Korea and Brazil. We offer a truly trail-blazer cleaning machine that surpasses the current state-of-the-art technologies (both conventional and electric sweepers) that takes care of driver’s and citizen’s comfort, while reducing noise pollution and particle emission into the atmosphere.
