Un nouvel inhalateur pour les médicaments à base de plantes
L’utilisation des plantes médicinales est aussi ancienne que l’existence du genre humain. L’Organisation mondiale de la santé estime que 80 % de la population mondiale utilise des produits à base de plantes médicinales. Dans le monde entier, l’intérêt pour la médecine naturelle, en particulier pour la phytothérapie (médecine par les plantes), augmente. L’étape suivante consiste à normaliser l’administration de plantes médicinales. Le projet In-Heal a développé un vaporisateur intelligent pour les herbes médicinales. Son dispositif permet un dosage très efficace et précis des ingrédients utiles en vaporisant directement les principes actifs importants des herbes brutes, sans émission de composés nocifs. L’objectif principal est de développer le premier inhalateur de qualité médicale pour l’administration contrôlée de plantes médicinales. La phase 1 du projet implique la préparation du plan d’affaires.
Objectif
In the recent years public interest towards natural medicine in particular to phytotherapy (herbal medicine) is increasing. However, the administration of medicinal herbs is not yet standardised and medically acceptable administration device is still not commercially available. We have developed high-end smart vaporiser for medicinal herbs. Our In-Heal device enables very efficient and precise dosing of useful ingredients by vaporising valuable active ingredients from raw herbs directly, without the emission of any harmful compounds as opposed to combustion (e.g. e-cigarettes). Our overall objective is to provide the world’s first medical grade inhaler device for controlled administration of medical herbs. We aim to revolutionize the use of medical herbs by standardising their administration and dosage. In the future we need to carry out clinical validation, establish necessary partnership, prepare for serial production, as well as seek for furher grants and investment to support these activities. Phase 1 objective: preparation for clinical validation, investor ready business plan.
