Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project

For several weeks, attempts were made to contact the researcher to begin the procedures for her contract with the UB. Due to the lack of response from the researcher, we contacted the European Commission, finally she is granted a postponement so that her contract begins on 1st March 2022. Finally, the researcher decides to renounce the scholarship.


Dear Sheila and Professor Navarro,

Today I received formal notification from my institution (to whom I hold a contract). They decided not to allow me to go on the scholarship.

During this time, my director advised me not to communicate before as he did not know whether they would allow me or not to go with a license without a wage.
