Communication plan

A general communication strategy will provide the basis for future project communication both on and offlineA project website is set up and will be managed and completed over the course of the project with general project results and deliverables aimed at specific target groups As it is an important platform for dissemination the website is carefully maintained and updated after the projects runtimeA template for the electronic newsletter is developed Electronic newsletters will be produced at least twice a year a min total of 8 editions to regularly disseminate the projects results to the general public and to target audienceSocial media campaigning is initiated creating profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook and media relations are set up aiming to reach out to the general publicOther supporting promotional materials eg logo rollup project brochure are developedMarketing departments of stakeholders eg municipalities Building Confederation are contacted in their role as multipliers

Data management plan
