Study on the possibility of initiating standardisation or label creation actions for the next generation of smart energy services. In addition it will include actionable and realistic standarisation recommendations at the EU as a whole, as well as for the specific countries involved in the consortium.

Definition of the frESCO PMV methodology

Description of the methodology for the definition of the PMV including the parameters to be measured how to calculate the project baseline selection of representative days etc Algorithms for the calculation of the baseline and the savings achieved

Report including the annotated templates for contract models

This DLV includes a set of contract models templates for the services providers (ESCOs and aggregators) for each of the consumers and stakeholders involved in the provision of the services

Data Management Plan

This deliverable is related to Task 1.3. Data Management Plan will set the basis for the Dissemination and exploitation but also the procedures for the sharing of data of the project. This is the first version to be revised during the course of the project.

Definition of the novel energy services for residential consumers

Description of the characteristics of each energy services studied indicating the value offered to the endusers the energy assets involved new systems that must be installed for the provision of the services and terms and conditions of the service delivered

Monitoring, forecasting, energy management analytics, flexibility analytics and optimisation mechanisms

This report will include the functional algorithms sequence for the monitoring and forecasting module the energy management analytics and selfoptimisation module and the optimal VPP configuration tool for DR optimisation that will be used for the programming of the tool including the description of the parameters and assumptions considered

The main outcome of this deliverable will be the materials to be developed such as leaflets posters rollups etc

This deliverable corresponds to Task 81 This deliverable explains how the project will communicate its developments and outcomes and how the consortium will ensure visibility of the project and dissemination of its results throughout its duration The main outcomes will be a plan identifying a set of dissemination activities to be implemented and a general communication strategy to follow during the project lifetime

Methodology that at first creates a clear baseline of the current status of energy services in the EU, definition of a common assessment method for the countries of the EU and categorisation of the potential replication at different EU countries
