Des bourses à Venise, pour récompenser l’excellence en matière de gestion des défis mondiaux
Depuis 2014, l’Université Ca’ Foscari de Venise (UNIVE) a mis en place des bourses internationales, intersectorielles et individuelles dans le cadre de son propre plan stratégique, en investissant dans sa position de force en Europe en tant qu’université pionnière de la recherche, et devenant ainsi une des meilleures institutions d’accueil ayant décerné plus de 60 bourses Marie Skłodowska Curie individuelles. En 2019, UNIVE a financé six Instituts ambitieux de recherche pour les défis mondiaux afin de promouvoir la recherche interdisciplinaire dans les missions contemporaines les plus complexes des sujets suivants: Complexité, Patrimoine culturel et numérique, Innovation sociale, Études internationales, Croissance verte et bleue, et Gestion de l’innovation. Le projet GLOBAL_AT_VENICE, financé par l’UE, a été mis en place en tant que nouveau programme de bourse de 60 mois, co-financé par le programme Actions Marie Skłodowska-Curie. Il décerne 15 bourses, sur une durée de 24 mois, pour la recherche interdisciplinaire au sein des Instituts de recherche pour les défis mondiaux. Le projet propose une excellente formation à la fois internationale et intersectorielle pour stimuler la future carrière des boursiers et leur fournir des conditions de travail attrayantes.
Objectif
The Global at Venice - Research and Training for Global Challenges is a new 60-month Cofund Fellowship Programme implemented by Ca Foscari University of Venice (UNIVE) that aims at exploiting the full potential of UNIVEs and its strategic partners to offer to 15 Fellows a truly international, interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral training.
The G@V programme will strengthen the Fellows curricula, providing Europe and the world with a pool of researchers capable of bridging the gaps between academic and applied research, and between research to market. In 2014 UNIVE launched an ambitious Strategic Plan aimed to boost its position to become a leading research-intensive university. Huge investments together with a radical mind-shift led to the following initiatives:
2014: BRAIN GRAIN programme
2015: CAREERS+ programme
2016: HRS4R - Human Resources Strategy for Researchers label
2016: LAB programme
RESULTS 2014-2019: UNIVE is now a top Host Institution with more than 60 Marie Skodowska Curie Individual Fellowship awarded, 10 ERC grantees, 97 H2020 projects worth over 27M so far.
In 2019 UNIVE set up 6 Research for Global Challenges Institutes to promote an interdisciplinary, challenge based and mission oriented approach to research:

3 Research Institute for Social Innovation
4 Research Institute for Cross Cultural Relations
5 Research Institute for Green and Blue Growth
6 Research Institute for Innovation Management
