Final Design Option Paper

Final Design Option Paper finished in month 12The WP leader PP1 will coordinate the compilation of the final deliverable basing on the results of the data collection peer reviews and design workshopsThe partners responsible for these WPs will provide the relevant elements of the paper Each partner will provide feedback on the paper as a whole

Methodology and templates for the peer review visit

Methodology and templates for the peer review visit – month 2. The methodology will consist of: - template for information regarding the investment process carried out by partners - general instructions: objectives, roles of partners, format of the meetings, questions to ask, - framework agenda and instructions how to proceed, - template for feedback report

Part 2 of Design Option Paper Part 2 called Evaluation month 5During the workshop improved approach to the subject will be worked out by all IAs partners and described by PP1 as a part of design option paper called EvaluationAll partners will contribute to the report

Final report including Design option paper month 12After 6 month of the project each partner will prepare one Progress Report which will be discussed during the second PSC meeting These report will give an overview if the project reaches its objectivesThe final report will consist mainly of Design option paper prepared in month 12 Project Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation of the final report PC will coordinate the contributions from the partners who will provide input for their part of work and feedback to overall report

Set of templates for the data collection of partners

Set of templates for the data collection of partners – month 2 The templates will consist of gathered information and quantitative data available in articles and public reports about: - innovative SMEs and corporates ecosystem in IAs countries - long and short –term investment in SMEs in IAs countries - the future-oriented trends in IAs countries (what is worth investing in their regions) - regional and national smart specializations

Dissemination materials

Dissemination materials month 2Task leader will be PP2 PTAThe goal of the task is to provide local regional and global visibility for the project and its outcomes as well as raise awareness on the possibilities for the innovation agencies in general All significant project actions implemented will be presented at a regional meetings of each partners country and published online to disseminate the findings to the target groups In addition the partners involved in international networks will arrange for sessions to topics relevant for the project Each partner will assign at least one staff member responsible for the external communication and dissemination activitiesThe activities will also include sharing of experiences with the wider public participation in relevant events media coverage etc The task also includes activities for wider network building including contacts with investorsPartnership activities include dissemination via their channels and sharing project content

Report on communication activities

Report on communication activities month 12The main objective of the communication activities is to create awareness around scope covered by the InnoInvest project and make it attractive for the other innovation agencies and their clientsCommunication will be carried out through a number of planned activities and instruments proportionate to the scale of the project and tailored to the target audience The communication plan involves the use of the following tools and channels The first step is to gather the content regarding projects goals and activities having collected the needed information all the partners will communicate the project idea and context on their websites social media and other available platforms To maintain the attention and to communicate on regular basis partners and stakeholders and the innovation networks social media blogs websites will be involved All partners will provide Social Media channels websites facebook twitter linkedin and their participation in European organisations such as Enterprise Europe Network IASP EBN EURADA BASTIC to disseminate the going project and their results and also is capable to organize multiplier events to share with regional organizations and other innovation agents the lessons learnt from the project At the end of the project there will be press releases regarding the project outcomes Design Option Paper in order to make them more popular among the authorities SMEs innovation agencies

Part 4 of Design Option Paper called Actions plan and effects measurement

Part 4 of Design Option Paper Part 4 called Actions plan and effects measurement month 9During the workshop all IAs partners will discuss the new approach to investment process created during previous workshops 13 Then based on a brainstorming the partners will work out the final shape of the whole investment processEach partner will prepare a plan of action of improved investment process in each partner activitiesThe plan will be based on the review report and organised workshopsThe target groups innovative SMEs will be engaged in each workshop

Design workshop methodology

PSTP will prepare methodology for the workshops using all partners inputs and consulting the final document and coordinate the compilation of the Design Option Paper. Design workshop methodology – month 2
