Objective
OBJECTIVES
The success of the organisational development and human resources measures in a company mostly depends on the psychological commitment of the employees. It is here that the trade union representatives within the company itself or between companies are called upon to help in the development of the companies and their employees as innovators. This is why the project aims to train trade union representatives to enable them to become more actively and constructively involved in planning activities, organisational development measures and human resources within the companies.
ACTIVITIES
Based on a preliminary analysis of training requirements, the intention is to train a group of European trade union representatives through four transnational seminars. These activities are completed by innovatory training and organised as a pilot in-company training course. It is hoped that this will increase the competitiveness of companies by improving the availability of the decision-makers concerned and their commitment to new approaches in the organisational development of companies and their human resources.
