Best practices for building the innovation capacity

This report will summarize effective capacity building approaches at universities in the EU region The aims are to draw lessons that will lead to opportunity to help the strengthening of knowledge framework and elearning at UKG

Materials for teaching and learning purposes

The report will focus on relevant materials including tutorials, guidelines, case studies and best practice examples in order to facilitate students’ learning and training.

State of the art in bioinformatics, imaging informatics, sensor informatics, public health informatics

The report will include the analysis of the state of the art for enabling technologies of devices and sensors databases systems signals and big data analytics It will also include machine learning artificial intelligence telemedicine Internet of Things IOT mHealth eHealth human computer interface bioinformatics sensors imaging to achieve patient specific outcome driven health care The analysed methods will be part of the integrated SGABU platform

Publications in high impact journals

List of peerreviewed publications in the field of multiscale modelling and medical informatics in biomedical engineering of the coordinating entity UKG during the three years preceding the start date of the project

Collection of successful stories

The report will present successful stories from spin-off companies in the field of multiscale modelling and medical informatics in biomedical engineering, providing guidelines and recommendations for UKG. A collection of successful stories will be printed as a brochure.

State of the art in the multiscale modelling in biomedical engineering

The report will include the analysis of the current stateoftheart of multiscale modelling to provide the basis for the SGABU platform

Project Website

A website will be created to provide a first access point for the public UKG will have the main role in creation and maintenance of project website and dissemination activities related to project promotion
