Mechanical aging & lifetime of the whole packaged module demonstrating extrapolated life-time of 35 years (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A complete mechaical aging analysis of the packaging solution will be presented, using standard tests employed in the Industry (vending, stertching). A full characterization of the mechanical aged devices will be also presented. Task T2.4.

CZTS solar cells demonstrating 16% conversion efficiency (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report will be presented with a detailed description of all the processes and strategies developed by the consortium in order to increase the conversión efficiency of kesterite, highlighting the most important pathways to achieve 16% efficiency devices, together with the corresponding demonstrator. The deliverable will include:1. Description of the back contact optimized to improve the efficiency2. Description of the improvements introduced in the kesterite absorber layers, including composition, type of precursor, optimized annealing, possible doping and alloying and the fundamental properties of the absorbers (structural, otpical and transport charge properties)3. Description of the front contacts optimization, including any type of passivation and buffer layers modification4. Cells testing in two independent laboratories in the consortium and/or certification provided by one of the 5 worldwide available centres. The deliverable contributes to Tasks T1.1, T1.2 and T1.3.

Reversible adhesive prototype (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The best reversible adhesive solution will be presented, included the analysis fo their behaviour against accelerated lifetime tests. Mechanical, bonding, physicochemical stability, and dobonding performances will be analyzed. Task T2.2.

Field Test of the whole packaged module demonstrating compatibility with 35 years duration (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The best testing devices will be implemented in-field, and their operation will be monitored during a 6-12 months period in a field station using continuous monitoring of power and efficiency. Task T2.5.

Demonstration of TF monolithically interconnected sub-module with efficiency of 16% either on TF monograin substrate or steel substrate (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A complete demonstrator of flexible thin film kesterite sub-module will be presented, with monolithic interconnection, and all the technical (non-confidential) characteristics described. Task T3.5 and T3.6.

The plan for communication and dissemination of the Project will be presented including all the templates corporative image and communication and dissemination means will be defined in detail Task T61

CUSTOM-ART Gender Equality Action Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A detailed Gender Equality Plan Action will be created and explained to the consortium in M6 Project Meeting and will enclude all the measures and actions to be implemented by the consortium to ensure Gender Equalty at all levels Task T72

Evaluation and test report: PIPV products. (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report highlighting the installation characteristics of 2 PIPV prototypes by KWS will be presented, showing the main characteristics of the selected demo-site. Task T4.2.

Socio-economic impact analysis (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report quantifying the socio-economic indicators for the developed kesterite technologies will be presented, including job creation and employment, reduced dependence on fossil fuels, reduced use of natural resources and high security supply. Task T5.3.

Evaluation and test report: BIPV products (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report highlighting the installation characteristics of 2 BIPV prototypes by AYESA will be presented, showing the main characteristics of the two selected demo-sites. Task T4.2.
