Project description

Science takes centre stage in Slovakia

The European Researchers' Night, funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA), is a Europe-wide public event aiming to bring researchers closer to the general public, showcase the diversity of science and its impact on citizens’ daily lives and stimulate interest in research careers, especially amongst young people. In Slovakia, this annual festival of science brings together hundreds of researchers from across the country. The EU-funded ERN 2020 SVK project will organise this year’s events in five cities and in some unusual places, such as shopping malls and market halls.
