Project description
Improving science and research outreach in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The European Researchers' Night events organised in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2020 are striving to bring researchers closer to the general public, helping reshape the connection between research, creativity and entrepreneurship. The EU-funded RiNG-20 project comprises a flagship science promotion event to support public recognition of researchers and their work and highlight achievements by local scientists and research-driven entrepreneurs. The project will also address the impact of research on people’s daily life and encourage young people to embark on research careers. RiNG-20 aims to reach over 1 million people during its awareness raising campaign and involve at least 20 000 participants in the events it will organise across 10 cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
