The online best practice guide will resemble an intuitive wiki to be hosted on the IMSAFE project website in a similar way with the online interactive catalogue of surveying technologies for transport infrastructure D21 from WP2 Where appropriate a weblink will be include to the interactive TENT map provided the EC The best practice guide will include ao the geolocation of the case studies information of the infra assets applied monitoring systems analysis of the experience and an online forum to discuss the best practices If available synergy with an online database based on a national or EU initiative will be explored The online guide will be launched at M12 and opened for continuous updates by the stakeholders and public

Guidelines for Big Data analytics solutions, including Artificial Intelligence

Recommendations to remove the PEST barriers and prioritisation of risk management areas taking the lessons from recent infrastructure failures

This deliverable will present the PEST analysis of the barriers to harmonised standards and monitoring practices and the recommendations to remove these barriers It will also report the lessonslearned from recent failures or disasters that can contribute to an improve risk management approach as input for T32

Background materials for implementation of decision-making regarding maintenance strategies

This deliverable presents A proposal for a practical decisionmaking process for asset owners and operators that overcomes the current barriers Ref WP1 and reflects on the actual developments in monitoring damage detection and digital technologies Ref WP2 and WP4 It presents the concept of proactive maintenance plan with the aim to reduce the risks of further structural deterioration to minimise costs and simultaneously to ensure the quality of the transport infrastructure performance This proposal will be developed together with the CoP WP6Practical guidance materials serving as background for the mandate for a standard CEN for the maintenance and control of large infrastructures includingA critical review of the Quality Control Plans and maintenance strategies and tactics adopted by the CoP in the different European countries An Interactive Map wikilike containing information of how different countries in Europe deal with KPIs and Risk management methodA comparison of the capital and operating costs of the different solutions for condition survey ie inspection monitoring and testing Evaluation of the application of the decisionmaking process to n1 or more relevant realcase scenario under ongoing monitoring performed by a Consortium partner on TENT corridors and regional transport networks the results will feed into WP5 T53

Guidelines for data acquisition, processing, and quality assurance

This deliverable addresses the asset ownersmanagers requirements for improved conditionbased maintenance processes the investigation of the current stateoftheart on linking monitoring and scanning data to corresponding asset information models the transfer of monitoring data and alerts to other systems in cybersecure way the management of the gathered monitoring and scanning data and the way for enhancing current usage of condition data gained for instance from structural health monitoring and terrestrial laser and LIDAR scanning systems etc The specific aspects addressed by this deliverable areData acquisition Standardisation for the design of monitoring systems taking into account the location of the data the analysis on this data itself throughout the complete transmission pipeline API to automatically send the postprocessed data to a cloud server which is accessible from a browser and allows for further postprocessing and fundamental requirements on security flexibility bandwidth and licensing restrictionsData processing and storage technology Considering the shift from databases and warehouses at fixedpredefined locations towards distributed and more fluid data processing such as the socalled data lakes and data spaces as well as the open standardisation approach to data sharing such as the International Data Space IDS association which aims to create a reference architecture to foster the development of data ecosystems and market placesData quality assurance Addressing the Data Quality Assurance Framework and Blockchain models

An operational organisation of pan-European Community of Practice (CoP)

This deliverable will include an organisational plan, training materials for empowering the Steering Committee of the pan-European CoP, and the structure and collaboration plan for the network of national/regional CoP. These materials will be presented during the launching workshop of the pan-European CoP. These materials will be implemented and extended in the empowerment activities that follow after the launching until the end of the project.

Framework for semantic integration of IoT, BIM and GIS of transport infrastructure
