Progress report

This report will contain an overview of the activities carried out during the first 2 years of the project, i.e. a report on the progress in relation to the project objectives; the progress towards the milestones and deliverables set for the period, and any problems encountered and corrective actions taken. It will also include a detailed justification of the costs incurred and of the resources used by each partner, describing and explaining of any deviation from the plan. Additionally, synergies with other EU-funded project will be described, together with prospect key technical and policy-making challenges. A publishable executive summary will be provided, together with an updated Plan for using and disseminating the knowledge as an Annex

Dissemination and communication plan v3

The dissemination plan will contain all planned dissemination and communication activities and tools as guidelines for the Consortium. In more detail, the deliverable will present an overview of the dissemination activities to be carried out during the project and of communication materials produced. It will also include a detailed report on the progress of collaboration and clustering activities. Finally, it will report on the achievement of Dissemination and communication KPIs detailed in Table 2.2-b of Annex 1. The first release will be at M6, updates will follow at M18 and M36

The report will specify the guidelines for co-exploitation processes and practices recommended by the INTERLINK project

Project management plan

This deliverable is the product of all WP1 tasks it defines how the project is to be executed monitored and controlled It also includes the Data Management Plan the Risk Management Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan This deliverable will be agreed and approved by all partners

Report on legal requirements

Updated version of D6.1 created following the feedback received after the first use-case validation of INTELRLINK. In addition to the EU law it will also investigate the compliance with national law with the help of the PAs providing the use-case validation.

Use-case plans and guidelines v2

Result of T5.2, this document contains the specification of the use-case plan, including purpose and background, objectives and evaluation criteria, strategy, prerequisites, assumptions, risks, personnel and responsibilities, organization, site description, methodology, schedule and test result collection. It also describes the associated trial evaluation plan and KPIs. Two releases are planned, one for each phase.

This deliverable will provide the initial list and description of the sociotechnical requirements defined in T41

Result of T53 this document contains the plan for building a community for the users and stakeholders in all the usecase sites including details about the communication channels and contents

Governance performance indicators

This document will be a list of operationalized, non-technical performance indicators, to be used in T5.2 to develop KPI for the evaluation of the platform.

Template documentation for EU privacy compliance

Necessary documentation (e.g., the privacy notice and consent modules) that will be used by the partners for implementation of INTERLINK use-cases. To comply with the principle of transparency, we will follow the Guidelines on transparency under the GDPR issued by the European Data Protection Board in 2018. The understandability of the documents will be tested with the real users involved in the use-cases.

Initial report on legal requirements

This deliverable will contain Highlevel report of EU legal framework relevant in relation data sharing and governance models for shared public services This deliverable will cover also the data governance and data privacy aspects of technological enablers and of the INTERLINK governance model

Advanced governance model

This deliverable will present the final INTERLINK governance model and will consists of a report explaining the key conditions of the model and their basis in evidence and an infographic identifying the model ‘at a glance’. The model will take into account the outcome of INTERLINK use-case validation.

This document is the result of T5.4 and will contain INTERLINK platform evaluation results obtained after each of the two phases of use-cases. It will report on the effort and strategy use for the deployment and the running of use-case operations.

Identification and specifications of Interlinkers

This deliverable will provide a list of specifications of common building blocks for INTERLINK inclusive public services and their specification

Co-business model specification and analysis

This report will briefly describe the alternative co-business models considered for INTERLINK, present analysis results identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate model and specify the best co-business model to be supported by the INTERLINK platform.

Preliminary governance model

This report will include a literature review and a preliminary governance model identifying relevant variables and conditions. The model will also take into account the comparative analysis of successful and unsuccessful cases of co-production.

Final repository of Interlinkers and partnership tools

This deliverable will provide the final enabler repository and will take into account the outcome of the first use-case validation.

Second release of INTERLINK platform and community portal

This deliverable represents the second delivery of INTERLINK platform, including the instantiations in the three use-case sites. The deliverable will include an updated version of the socio technical requirements (and of the reference architecture refined following the outcomes of the first use-case validation phase.

Initial repository of Interlinkers and partnership tools

This deliverable will provide an initial repository of common core INTERLINK enablers (Interlinkers) to foster Government as Platform model, and of public-private partnership governing tool such as partnership models templates, and guidelines. The initial repository will cover a subset of the enablers targeted at the first use-case validation.

First release of INTERLINK platform and community portal

This deliverable represents the first release of INTERLINK platform, including the community portal, guidelines for instantiation and specific instantiations in the three use-cases ready for the first validation phase

Final release of INTERLINK platform and community portal

This deliverable represents the final deliverable of INTERLINK platform and community portals, ready for transfer and exploitation beyond the end of the project.

This deliverable will provide the reference architecture model and specifications as defined in T41

A project website will be developed by made availableaccessible at an early stage of the project in order to reach the highest number of stakeholders
