Objectif This project forms part of a general trend towards recognising and validating skills acquired through professional experience. The proposed co-operation between CAFOC in Nantes and AGEFOS-PME in the Loire Valley Region, the College of Technology in Wigan and the Industrial Association of Oporto will make it possible to improve existing skills recognition/validation systems for French and British employees. It will also set up trials in several Portuguese companies for the purposes of defining proposals for a national certification authority.
