CareMatrix employs userdriven design principles and methods from its very beginning at project level and will ensure final users are part of the cocreation and codesign process of the solution offered by suppliers Guidelines for UserDriven Design will be prepared based on previous work in the field tailored to the project needs and ensure the users are involved and engaged in the solutions developed The produced report and methodology will be used in each pilot to ensure a continuous focus on user acceptance accessibility and trust in the digital solutions being developedThis report is related to outputs from reports D22 D32 D71 and will deliver necessary inputs for WP8

Report on the Dissemination and Communications Strategy of the project which will be drafted at the beginning of the project and updated every 12 months The communication plan will draw a comprehensive strategy of internal communication and several tools will be stablished to ensure a fluent interaction between partners The external communication and dissemination will contain the CD strategy for the project Its key points will be as follows outlining the objectives target audiences key messages branding standards communication channels dissemination tools planned dissemination activities materials and methods The strategy will also illustrate the plan for the assessment of dissemination of outcomes and the strategy to guarantee postproject exploitation of results Furthermore it will report on developed material and strategy for reaching wide dissemination of project purposes related to specific project activities such as Contract NoticesSpecific focus will be on identifying and mapping target audiencesStakeholders engaged early on in the project such as industry relevant for the OMC
