The project provides the trial based ACTS projects with techno-economic evaluation (TEE) expertise from the end-user's point of view and also provides the ACTS programme with the analyses of end-user oriented costs-benefits-risks related to the introduction of advanced communications (AC) solutions. A TEE methodology is described which is adapted to the needs of ACTS trial based projects. This methodology is applied using one or several tools from the TEE toolbox set up by TEESURA. The choice of a tool depended on the level of the analysis: strategy or operational, carried-out by the trial project. The following work has been accomplished: TEESURA Web server at the address: http://www.biba.uni-bremen.de/projects/teesura/; Techno-Economic Evaluation toolbox, Cost-Benefit-Risk Analysis method and User Requirements and Solutions Options(URSO) Database demonstrator (accessible via the Web server); Requirements Assessment Methodology (RAM); ACTS trial based projects classified by economic sectors; reports on user requirements collected from ACTS projects.
