POLYAMINES IN FOOD- CONSEQUENCES FOR FOOD QUALITY AND HUMAN HEALTH

Objetivo



This project is a Concerted Action to allow meetings and exchange of scientists between laboratories studying the dietary intake, biochemistry and biological effects of polyamines. Particular emphasis will be given to the influence of these substances on cell growth and regulation and in cancer states.
