PHYSIOLOGY OF FOOD POISONING MICROORGANISMS

Objetivo



Coordination of teams working on the physiology and genetics of food poisoning bacteria, and mainly addressing the reaction to stress conditions. The emphasis will be put on the consequences of enhanced resistance to stress, in order to improve techniques for limiting the food provisoring, and study new strategies based on the use of synergistic systems.
