The objective is:

Development of a rapid and cost-effective methodology for the routine analysis of urine samples of food-producing animals that provides both adequate screening and unequivocal identification of hormonal and beta-agonist residues and that can be applied 'on site', i.e. near farms and/or slaughter houses.
