CREATION OF A COMPUTERIZED DATA BASE SYSTEM ON THE PHYTOSANITARY REGULATIONS OF EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN, AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Objective

This concerted action involves the collection, compilation and updating of vast quantities of EPPO phytosanitary regulations on a common database. This will provide Member States with ready access to the latest available information in a usable form, and overcome the serious problem of keeping up-to-date with revisions of Member States plant health regulations. The database would be available across the EU and for all EPPO members.
