Objective
The concerted action is to improve analysis of the consequences of structural changes in the European markets for roundwood and forest industry products.
Specially, the Concerted action will address:
- Supply and demand analysis of timber and forest industry products at national and regional levels.
- Forest sector analyses.
- Analyses of structural changes related to the forest sector.
- Data availability for demand and supply analyses of timber and forest industry products.
- Assessment of factors to consider when analyzing consequences of structural changes in the market for timber and forest industry products.
- Methods for analysis of structural changes in the market for timber and forest industry products.
- Data needed for such analyses in addition to the presently available data.
